We ship pies anywhere in the United States. Delivery is not available to PO Boxes and some international destinations (call for available destinations and pricing). We ship Monday thru Thursday to ensure delivery on or before Friday. Saturday delivery is available at an ADDITIONAL COST. Please call to arrange for Saturday delivery. Orders will be filled and shipped within 2-3 business days of placing the order. This may be delayed if shipping is due to occur on a holiday observed by Federal Express, our shipping vendor.
If your order was placed after 2:00 pm EST Monday to Friday, it will not be processed until the following business day.
If you are shipping a package to a warm weather destination over a weekend, your package may be held until the following Monday to ensure minimal time in transit.
Federal Express is our preferred shipping vendor. All of our shipping vendors only deliver on business days, unless Saturday delivery is specified (where available, additional charges apply). Our shipping vendors may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver. Deliveries to businesses occur between 9 am and 5 pm, and deliveries to residences occur between 9 am and 7 pm.

All orders leave our facility within 24-48 hours of processing, subject to inventory availability. International orders ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only. In order to ensure the best possible product, orders cannot ship over the weekend during warm weather months. Standard shipments packages may be held until the following Monday to ensure minimal time in transit.
All sales are final. However, if your pie(s) arrive damaged, deformed, or in an inedible state, simply send us a photo and we will gladly replace it at no charge to you.
